ArcWorlde Weekender returns for 2026 and this year we’re doing something special! With our new flagship store now open in Sneinton Market Avenues, we’re welcoming the ArcWorlde community to our new home in Sneinton Market for a weekend of hobby, conversation, gaming and shared celebration.Everything takes place within a 2 minute walk, surrounded by independent cafés, local breweries and some of Nottingham’s most exciting small businesses.

Each attendee will receive an exclusive limited edition ArcWorlde miniature cast in metal, created especially for the Weekender 2026 and only available to ticket holders.

Saturday: Talks, Workshops & Painting at By Our Hands

We begin in the warm, characterful setting of this cosy woodworking studio in Sneinton Market.

Saturday focuses on making and sharing. The day will feature a carousel of activities including: 
- Miniature painting sessions and hobby time
- Talks on sculpting, world-building and game design
- Speed painting workshops
- Community conversations about the future of ArcWorlde

Bring your brushes, your Warband and settle into that creative flow...

Sunday: Gaming Day at The Dice Box   

On Sunday we also head to Dice Box, Nottingham’s newest board game café, for a full day of ArcWorlde gaming. Expect: 
- Narrative campaign sessions
- Open-play tables
- The Golden Griffling painting competition

What do I bring?

- Your ArcWorlde collection and rules.
- Any terrain or scenery you may have.
- If you would like to enjoy our painting activities, please bring your paints and brushes, as well as any painting mats or other hobby materials. Painting lights are also highly recommended. Unfortunately, we won't have any spares to give out on the day, so make sure you everything packed.

All venues are fully accessible. If you have any specific access requirements, please get in touch ahead of the event and we’ll be happy to help.

Food & Drink

One of the joys of hosting the Weekender in Sneinton Market is the incredible independent food scene right on our doorstep. There is something for everyone. Everything is within a couple minutes’ walk, so you can grab something delicious between games, talks or painting sessions.

Highlights include:

- Working Man’s Kitchen: creators of the infamous Pizza Dog, located next to local brewery Neon Raptor.
- Yello Yard: newly opened and serving some of the tastiest Jamaican patties in Nottingham.
- Breadmill House: voted Best Bakery in Nottinghamshire 2024 and 2025. We heartily recommend the custard tart!
- Blend: Delicious coffee and cheese toasties.
- Foragers Kitchen: Right opposite our shop, a brilliant vegan deli with incredible food and the friendliest neighbourhood dog, Dexter.

This ticket is issued by Warp Miniatures for ArcWorlde Weekender 2026, September 2026 (Event) and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • No children under the age of 18 years will be admitted to the Venue unless accompanied and supervised by an adult aged 18 years or over. Warp Miniatures takes no responsibility for children under the age of 18, responsibility shall remain with the parent or guardian of the relevant child at all times.

  • No smoking is permitted at the venues other than in areas designated for smoking.

  • The unauthorised professional use of photographic equipment is prohibited at the Venue.
  • Event details, timings and car park arrangements are subject to change and should be checked prior to travelling.
  • Warp Miniatures and the Venue both reserve the right to conduct security searches to all persons attending the Event and their possessions.
  • Warp Miniatures and the Venue both reserve the right to, at their sole discretion, refuse access to, or remove from the Venue, without a refund any person who

- unreasonably refuses to be searched;

- is considered harmful, undesirable or offensive; or

- is deemed necessary to remove in the interests of security.

  • Animals are not permitted at the Venue with the exception of assistance animals.
  • Official merchandise is only available inside the Venue.
  • All attendees must be in possession of a valid ticket at all times.
  • Neither Warp Miniatures nor the Venue accepts responsibility for personal property brought into the Venue.
  • Entry to the Event is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Warp Miniatures and the Venue exclude all liability for loss, damage or injury suffered by an attendee howsoever caused.
  • Attendees shall be responsible to Warp Miniatures for any loss or damage to the Venue, furnishings or equipment therein caused by the wilful act or default of an attendee.
  • Audiences may be filmed, photographed or recorded by Warp Miniatures or the Venue for broadcast, security and health and safety purposes. By attending the Event you consent to being so recorded without payment.
  • Warp Miniatures may alter or vary the Event due to circumstances beyond Warp Miniatures’ control. If Warp Miniatures does vary the Event, no refund will be offered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Purchased tickets cannot be resold without the express permission of Warp Miniatures.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except in the case of a cancelled Event. This does not affect your statutory rights.
